In-Home Consultation

The first step in the process is Mitch Guenther come to your home for a free consultation. The purpose is to get to know your style, and learn what you are trying to accomplish. He will show you examples of similar types of home remodeling projects that Guenther Contracting has designed. After discussing the possibilities, taking measurements and evaluating the structure, Mitch will get to work.

Design Presentation

Mitch will discuss how best to accomplish your goals. We will pick the best ideas and present them to you. This makes it easy for you to envision and change your exterior project. Our design process is an interactive partnership because our goal is for you to be completely satisfied. Also, we want to make sure there are no surprises, so when you see your completed project.

Architectural Blueprints And Product Selection

We will submit the approved design to our architectural team to develop construction blueprints. They will insure the structural integrity and that all aspects of the plan meet code. While this is being done, Mitch will be working with you to make final product selections. There are a vast array of materials from which to choose.

Building Permits And Construction

Mitch will obtain all of the required construction permits. Once the permits are obtained, the building process will begin. Mitch will be your construction manager who will oversee his teams and any additional trades if required. He will meet with you before construction begins and frequently during the process. He will be readily available to answer any questions and keep you apprised of the progress. Warranty And Service

For your peace of mind, we provide a comprehensive five year warranty on your remodeling project. Whether it’s a dripping faucet or a shingle that has blown off your roof, our service department will promptly make any repairs.
